The Katy-Fulshear area is located in Fort Bend, Harris, and Waller Counties within the Houston, Sugarland metropolitan area.
The population approximately 11,775.It is a fast growing area with several master planned communities including; Cinco Ranch, Cross Creek, Grayson Lakes, Firethorne, Grand Lakes, and Woodcreek Reserve.  It is home to the Katy Mills Outlet Mall.
